My wife has shoulder and neck issues for which we have used innumerable rubs. Her favorite was a discontinued CBD and Arnica stick. I tried replacing it with Elly's and we are pleasantly pleased. The consistency of the rub is such that rubbing the product melts a sufficient amount to cover a 5" x 5" patch. Thus four to six rubs cover her neck and shoulders sufficiently for massage. The product has a very pleasant odor, is absorbed well and provides relief from sore muscles and tendons. The arnica also helps with bruising on hands and arms. A side benefit to the massage is relief of pain in my arthritic index finger and thumbs. Good stuff!
