• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened and used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
